What is CrossFit Endurance?

CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. Como han podido ver nuestro amigo TONY BLAUER va a estar en Panama a finales del mes de mayo en un Seminario de 2 dias llamado BE YOUR OWN BODYGUARD (SE TU PROPIO GUARDA ESPALDAS). Para saber un poquito mas de quien es TONY pueden leer mi "post" anterior. Descansa exactamente el tiempo que te toma terminar cada intervalo en cada uno de los sets.
